About Rhonda Libby

I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 1999 and have always loved doing hair and making people feel beautiful inside and out. I started looking for something to add to my list of services to keep me up to date and stay on top of what’s trending in the beauty industry and fell in love with the permanent make up industry.

My training started through Séduire Academy’s microblading foundation course, and advanced program while living in California. And then when we made the move to Bentonville I attended Orchid Medical Spa to receive my license in Arkansas.

I have also received training from Tess Marti through her Natural Lips Masterclass and Beauté Academy’s ombré brows and eyeliner tattoo. My advanced blade and shade as well as the lip blushing training was done with Lexi Bowler, along with continuing education every month.
