Rhonda is the best! She’s so nice and great at what she does. I had this done a few years ago from a different place and it HURT, somehow Rhonda was able to get the same result with little to no pain!
What is microblading?

Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique using a small, disposable blade comprised of tiny, fine-point needles. The blade finely scratches the surface of the skin, creating thin, crisp hairlike strokes on the epidermis layer of the skin.

Using this technique, I can create a natural light finish to a bold brow look.

How long does microblading last?

Since Microblading pigments aren’t implanted as deep into the skin as traditional tattoos, the area will naturally fade over time. Your results can last anywhere between 1-2 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, age and how often you get touch-ups.

Your skincare routine may also have an effect on your results. Clients who tan, get chemical peels or use products with Alpha Hydroxy Acid or Glycolic Acid will fade faster.

Touch up process

What happens during my Touch Up appointment?

During your Touch Up, I will go over every micro-stroke applied during your 1st session. Additional strokes may also be added to give your brows more dimension.

Why do I need a Touch Up?

For new clients to Microblading, it will take 2 sessions to achieve your desired brows and ensure retention.  For example, when you polish your nails, you usually need 2-3 coats to achieve a solid color.

When should I schedule my Touch Up?

You will book your Touch Up 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment.

Please note that if you don’t come back for a Touch Up within 12 weeks of your initial appointment, this may result in faded strokes which may result in additional charges due to extra work that may be needed. It is your responsibility to schedule your Touch Up appointment.

After I complete my Touch Up, how long will my Microblading last before I need a my yearly Touch Up?

In order to keep your brows maintained, and your skin healthy, it is important to allow your brows to fade by at least 60% before returning for a touch up. The longevity of your PMU will depend on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you take care of your brows. If you decide not to proceed with a touch-up, your brows will last around 2 years and will eventually fade away. Longevity will vary due to your lifestyle and skin type. If you wait too long and have faded too much for a Touch up, you run the risk of needing the complete microblading procedure again and will be charged accordingly.

Requirements
  • Must not have a skin condition on or near your eyebrows. This includes eczema, shingles, rashes, keloid scarring or anything else near eyebrows.
  • If you have a pre-existing eyebrow tattoo or permanent makeup. The previous tattoo must be light enough for us to draw hair strokes. We ask anyone with a previous eyebrow tattoo to send us an email with a picture of their eyebrows with no makeup on, so we can evaluate.
    Text brow photos to 479-250-8107.
  • Must not be allergic to alcohol, nickel or numbing agents. If you think you might have an allergy to my ink, numbing cream, or alcohol (which is in the ink), then you may have a reaction to my work. A patch test at the Studio is recommended to ensure you wont be reactive
  • Clients must be the age of 18+ to proceed with an appointment.
  • Must not have diabetes, anemia or any blood deficiencies.
  • If you are prone to keloids, it would be wise to schedule a patch test to see how reactive your skin will be to this procedure.
  • If you are prone to post-inflammatory hypo-pigmentation it would be wise to schedule a patch test to see how reactive your skin will be to this procedure.
  • It is suggested that people with blood diseases such as HIV or Hepatitis do not receive this procedure. Because semi-permanent make up causes numerous small injuries to the skin during application, you will be at a higher risk of infection because it is more difficult for your body to fight it off.
  • Must not be receiving chemotherapy or have received chemo in the last 12 months.
  • Must NOT be pregnant.

What are combo brows?

Combo brows combine Microblading and Shading so you get the best of both.  The Shading method is similar to a traditional tattoo, using tiny dots of pigment inserted into the skin. This method creates the soft, fluffy front strokes of Microblading and the fullness and definition of Shading.

This technique is fully customizable for clients who wants the fluffiness of Microblading and the dimension of Shading. When healed, you will have a natural, yet defined brow.

How long do combo brows last?

Since comb brow pigments aren’t implanted as deep into the skin as traditional tattoos, the area will naturally fade over time. Your results can last anywhere between 1-2 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, age and how often you get touch-ups.

    What is ombré?

The ombré powder brow is similar to a traditional tattoo, using the application of many tiny dots of pigment inserted into the skin gradually building up color and a defined shape.

If you have oily or combination skin, or fill in your brows regularly with pencil or shadow, this is the method for you because it mimics the look of filled in brows.

    How long does ombré last?

Since Ombré pigments aren’t implanted as deep into the skin as traditional tattoos, the area will naturally fade over time. Your results can last anywhere between 1-2 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, age and how often you get touch-ups.

    What is lip blush?

Lip blush is the newest semi-permanent trend that enhances the natural lip shape with a boost of symmetry and color. It is an extremely popular treatment that defines lip contours and adds a natural flush to your lip color. This treatment delivers very natural results once healed.

Pigments are available in all different shades to match all lips to provide a subtle color that enhances the natural lip color and camouflages scars, paleness or unevenness.

Our goal at Beautymark is to provide all our clients with the utmost natural outcome. Our signature technique uses a small needle and works softly on the lips to gently deposit color without creating a heavy lip-line /border appearance. Colors are chosen for the client’s desired results and skin tones.

How long does lip blush last?

Lip blushing can last between 1–3 years depending on the client’s body, skin type and lifestyle. Smoking and sun exposure can speed up the fading process, and if you’re oil-prone, have an iron deficiency or use a lot of exfoliating products in your skin regimen, the pigment could fade more quickly, too.

Lip Blushing requires two sessions for the desired color and results. During the first session, the main goal is to neutralize the lips so it is even in color. During the second session, another layer of color is added for color results and longevity.

    Touch up process

What happens during my Touch Up appointment?

During your Touch Up, I will go over the shading applied during your 1st session and deposit more ink to extend the longevity. Additional shading may also be added if you’d like to adjust the shape.

For new clients to lip blush, it will take 2 sessions to achieve your desired results and ensure retention. For example, when you polish your nails, you usually need 2-3 coats to achieve a solid color.

You will book your Touch Up 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment.

Please note that if you don’t come back for a Touch Up within 12 weeks of your initial appointment, this may result in faded shading which may result in additional charges due to extra work that may be needed. It is your responsibility to schedule your Touch Up appointment.

After I complete my Touch Up, how long will my Lip Blush last before I need a my Touch Up?

In order to keep your lips maintained, you may be able to come back as soon as 12-18 months from your last appointment, but not before 12 months to ensure the health of your skin. If you decide not to proceed with a touch-up, your lips will last around 2 years and will eventually fade away. Longevity will vary due to your lifestyle and skin type. If you wait too long and have faded too much for a Touch up, you run the risk of needing the complete Lip Blush procedure again and will be charged accordingly.

    • NO botox in lip area or lip fillers 2 weeks prior to the procedure.

    What is fine line tattooing?

Fine line creates thinner, more intricate lines typically using 1-3 round liner needles, this style of tattoo tends to appear very dainty and tiny detail can be added.

How long do fine line tattoos last?

Fine line tattoos are permanent. As with all tattoo styles, fine line can fade a bit over time, but there are ways to extend the vibrancy and definition of your ink. Touch ups can help keep the lines looking clean and sharp.

    Touch ups

It is not always necessary but I offer one free touch up on all my fine line work within the first year. You must wait 4 weeks before touching up.

    Requirements

Must be 18 years or older and not pregnant.

    Pre/after care
    • Wash with a gentle cleanser followed by a thin layer of provided aftercare balm 5 times a day for 2-3 weeks.
    • Do not pick at any scabbing or you run the risk of pulling the ink out with it if it’s not ready to come off on its own.
    • Avoid hot tubs, lakes, pools and saunas while you’re healing.
    • Always use SPF to protect from fading.
    • Avoid harsh products, chemicals and exfoliants on that area of the skin.
